Welcome to Ramiah Ranch!
Ramiah Ranch is a private equestrian facility located in Churubusco, Indiana, just northwest of Fort Wayne. We specialize in equestrian training from a Christian perspective. By incorporating “Teachable Moments” into each lesson, the riders are enabled to learn Scriptural principles while enhancing their horsemanship skills. The Goal—Christ-centered Equine Fun
The goal of Ramiah Ranch is to provide Christ-centered instruction for those wishing to improve their horse skills. Whether it be in English or Western riding, training, or handling, Ramiah Ranch staff will include biblical teaching along with the equine instruction. Teachable Moments, or short messages relating everyday things to our relationship with Jesus Christ, are key components of each lesson. The Christian faith applies to all areas of life, and it is the goal that Ramiah Ranch would be a reminder that “all” includes life at the barn!
The Barn Manager / Head Riding Instructor
Abigail is a CHA certified instructor who has been involved in horses since she was young. She has been training and instructing since she was sixteen and is the owner of Symphony Loves Me (APHA), Lacrosse Lady (TB), and Golden Pelt (TB). Abigail has worked at Miracle Mountain Ranch as a horsemanship assistant, horsemanship instructor, and wrangler for six summers, as well as spent several years working at other hunter/jumper and dressage barns.
Instructors and Assistants
Nathan is the resident farrier as well as the vaulting director. He has spent five summers at Miracle Mountain Ranch as a vaulting instructor and farrier.
Joshua just started instructing this year, and has assisted at Miracle Mountain Ranch for one summer. He is a skilled trick-roper and enjoys exploring the cowboy culture’s use of ropes, horses, and cattle.
Hannah is the chief assistant and stable hand. She did a great job of caring for the horses while Abigail and Nathan were away at school and working other jobs.

Support Ramiah Ranch Ministries
Please join us in your prayers! Ramiah Ranch Ministries exists for the purpose of using horses to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and it is our prayer that we would never lose sight of this goal. We covet your prayers for safety, effective ministry, and wisdom as we continue to expand and grow to meet the needs of the local equestrian community.
Though Ramiah Ranch Ministries is for a large part self-supporting, there is always a need for additional equipment, especially as we expand from one horse to three. We are currently in need of English and Western tack for both Shakira and Senorita so that we can begin using them as a part of our lesson program. Other needs include a 3-4 horse trailer large enough to haul the thoroughbreds, sand for the arena, electric clippers, coolers and blankets, grooming supplies, and helmets for students.
